These Regulations may be cited as the Survey (Electronic Cadastre Transactions) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024. Citation. 2. Regulation 12 of the Survey (Electronic Cadastre Transactions) Regulations, 2020, is amended in paragraph (3) by deleting the words “and Sixth Schedules” appearing immediately after the word “Fifth” and substituting therefor the word “Schedule”.
