Kenya SubsidiaryLegislation, 2005 LEoAL NanCE No. 147 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 3(0) IN ·EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 160 of the Registered Land Act. the Minister for Lands and Housing makes the foUowing Rules: THE REGISTERED LAND (AMENDMENT) RULES, 2005 I. These Rules may be cited as the Registered Land (Amendment) Rules, 2005. 2. 'The Third Schedule to the Registered Land Rules, 1963, in these Rules referred to as "the Principal Rules" is amended in Form R. L2 (a) by deleting the attestation clause and substituting therefor the following Dewattestation clause 609 Citation. Amendment of IbeThird Schedule.
