SPECIAL ISSUE 2027 Kenya Gazette Supplement No. 191 13th November, 2025 (Legislative Supplement No. 95) LEGAL NOTICE NO. 180 THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AND ASSET DISPOSAL ACT (Cap. 412C) THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AND ASSET DISPOSAL REGULATIONS, 2020 (L. N. No. 69 of 2020) DEBARMENT PURSUANT TO regulation 22(5)(k) of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Regulations, 2020, it is notified for the general information of the public that the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Authority has debarred— EAA Company Limited from participating in the public procurement and asset disposal proceedings on the grounds specified in section 41(1)(d) of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, for a period of three years with effect from the 18th March, 2025.
