Wildlife (Conservation and CAP. 376 Management) 54 [Rev. 2009 [Subsidiary] SUBSIDIARY LEGISLATION General Note By virtue of section 24 of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act (Cap. 2), a substantial amount of subsidiary legislation (notably declarations of National Parks, now to be made under section 6 of the Act, and of National Reserves, now to be made under section 18 of the Act) made under the two Acts repealed by section 68 of the Act are still in force and are likely to remain in force for some time. These Regulations may be cited as the Wildlife (Conservation and Management) (Recognized Airfields) Regulations. 2. The following are recognized airfields for the purposes of the Act– (a) Voi Airfield. (b) Tsavo Tsafaris Airfield. (c) Ngulia Airfield. (d) Kilaguni Airfield. (e) Aruba Airfield. (f) Meru Mulika Airfield. (h) Meru Park Headquarters Airfield. (g) Kamboyo Airfield. (i) Koobi Fora Airfield.
