2. Regulation 21 of the Environmental Management and Co- L.N. 178/2024. ordination (Waste Management) Regulations, 2024, is amended in sub- regulation (2), by deleting paragraph (f).

LEGAL NOTICE NO. 65 THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AND CO- ORDINATION ACT (Cap. 387) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 147 of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forestry, makes the following Regulations — THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AND CO- ORDINATION (SAND HARVESTING) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS, 2025
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Citation. Management and Co-ordination (Sand Harvesting) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2025.
2. Regulation 6 of the Environmental Management and Co- L.N. 179/2024. ordination (Sand Harvesting) Regulations, 2024, is amended in subregulation (2), by deleting the words “civil society organisation” appearing in paragraph (h) and substituting therefor the words “public benefit organization”.
3. The Environmental Management and Co-ordination (Sand L.N. 22/2025. Harvesting) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025, are revoked. Made on the 17th March, 2025.
