17th June, 2011 LEGAL NOTICE NO. 68 THE ANIMAL DISEASES ACT (Cap. 364) DECLARATION OF A NOTIFIABLE DISEASE IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Animal Diseases Act, the Minister for Livestock Development declares brucellosis a notifiable disease in Kenya.
