CAP. 357 [Rev. 2012] Branding of Stock [Issue 1] 21 Rules under section 28 BRANDING OF STOCK RULES [Cap. 207 (1948), G.N. 1223/1950, G.N. 766/1951, L.N. 39/1964, L.N. 224/1965, L.N. 327/1966, L.N. 152/1967, L.N. 124/1973, L.N. 87/1980, L.N. 274/1995.] 1. These Rules may be cited as the Branding of Stock Rules. 2. Branding-irons and branding instruments shall only be procurable through the Registrar of Brands, c/o the Veterinary Department, P.O. Kabete, Nairobi, to whom all applications shall be addressed. 3. The persons named in the Schedule to these Rules are authorised to manufacture branding-irons and branding instruments for sale at the respective prices specified in the said Schedule.
