LEGAL NOTICE NO. 78 THE ANIMAL DISEASES ACT (Cap.364) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 9(a) of the Animal Diseases Act, the Minister for Agriculture makes the following Rules THE ANIMAL DISEASES (CONTROL OF PIG DISEASES) (AMENDMENT) RULES, 2006 Citation. 1. These Rules may be cited as the Animal Diseases (Control of Pig Diseases) (Amendment) Rules, 2006. Sub-Leg. 2. Rule 2 of the Animal Diseases (Control of Pig Diseases) Rules, in these Rules referred to as the “principal Rules” is amended by deleting the word “licensed” appearing in the definition of “licensed pig producer”. 3. The principal Rules are amended by deleting the word “licensed” wherever it appears. 4. The principal Rules are amended by deleting rule 3. 5. The principal Rules are amended by deleting rule 4.
