LEGAL NOTICE NO. 73 THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EXPORT) ACT (Cap. 319) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Agricultural Produce Act, the Minister for Agriculture makes the following Rules THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EXPORT) (CASTOR SEED) (REVOCATION) RULES, 2006 Citation 1. These Rules may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Export) (Castor Seed) (Revocation) Rules, 2006. Sub-Leg 2. The Agricultural Produce (Export) (Castor Seed) Rules are revoked. Made on the 15th June, 2006. KIPRUTO ARAP KIRWA, Minister for Agriculture.
