REGULATIONS, 1999 (Made by the Authority with the approval of the Minister on the 20th day of August, 1999) 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Wild Life Protection (Hunters' Returns) Regulations, 1999. 2.-(1) Subject to paragraph (2), every holder of a hunter's licence shall, on or before the 31st day of December in each year, complete and submit to the Natural Resources Conservation Authority a return of bird shooting information in the form set out in the Schedule. (2) Where the holder of a hunter's licence fails to submit a retiJm in accordance with paragraph (1), the Natural Resources Conservation Authority shall charge a fee to be known as a late processing fee, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (3). Every holder of a hunter's licence shall retain the feathers on one wing of each bird shot for inspection by a Game Warden or such other officer appointed pursuant to section 13 of the Act 4.
