No. 118" THE JAMAICA DAIRY DEVELOPMENT BOARD ACT THE JAMAICA DAIRY DEVELOPMENT BOARD (FARM GATE PRICE) ORDER, 2021 In exercise of the power conferred upon the Board by section 5(2)(€) of the Jamaica Dairy Development Board Act, and of every other power hereunto enabling, the following Order is ‘hereby made:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Jamaica Dairy Development Board (Farm Gate Price) Order, 2021. 2. In this Order “farm gate price”, in relation to milk, means the price of the milk received by the producer at the farm. 1728 PROCLAMATIONS, RULES AND REGULATIONS [FEB. 19,2021 3. For the year 2021, the recommended average farm gate price for fresh milk produced in Jamaica shall be $109.42 per litre. Dated this 5th day of February, 2021. DR.
