These Regulations may be cited as the Pesticides (Amendment) Regulations, 1999 and shall be read and construed as one with the Pesticides Regulations, 1996, hereinafter referred to as the principal Regulations. 2. Regulation 8 (2) of the principal Regulations is hereby amended by deleting the numeral "0.5" and substituting therefor the numeral "I". Dated this 4th day of March, 1999. P. This Order may be cited as the Pesticides Act (Amendment of Schedules) Order, 1999 and shall be read and construed as one with the Pesticides Act, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act. 2. The provisions of the principal Act specified in the first column ofthe Schedule are amended in the manner specified in the second column thereof.
