NATURAL RESOURCES CONSERVATION AUTHORITY THE NATURAL RESOURCES CONSERVATION AUTHORITY ACT ORDER (under section 9 (])) THE NATURAL RESOURCES (PRESCRIBED AREAS) (PROHIBITION OF CATEGORIES OF ENTERPRISE, CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT) ORDER, 1996 (Made by the Minister on the 20th day of December, 1996) [1st January, 1997.] 1. This Order may be cited as the Natural Resources (Prescribed Areas) (Prohibition of Categories of Enterprise, Construction and Development) Order, 1996. 2.-(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2), except under and in accordance with a permit issued by the Authority, no person shall, from and after the 1st day of January, 1997, undertake any of the categories of enterprise, construction or development specified in Column A of the 4.01 L.N. 191/96 150/2003 Schedule, within the area specified in Column B thereof. schedule. (2) Sub-paragraph (1) shall not apply to any category of enterprise, construction or development which was in existence before the date specified in that sub-paragraph.
