NATURAL RESOURCES CONSERVATION AUTHORITY THE NATURAL RESOURCES CONSERVATION AUTHORITY ACT ORDER (under section 5 (1) (b)) THE NATURAL RESOURCES Col'lSERVATION (CORAL SPRING-MOUNTAIN SPRING PROTECTfD AREA) ORDER, 1998 2.01 (Made by the Minister m, the 18th day of September, 1998, on the recommendation of the Authority, after consultation with the Jamaica National Heritage Trust) L.N. 72/98 1. This Order may be cited as the Natural Resources Conservation (Coral Spring-Mountain Spring Protected Area) Order, 1998. 2. The area set out in Part I of the Schedule, which is delineated Schedule. on the map set out in Part II thereof, is hereby designated a protected area and shall be known- as the Coral Spring - Mountain Spring Protected Area. (Paragraph 2) PART I. Coral Spring,-Mou.ntain Spring Protected Area Starting at Point (Pl) wi1lh geographical co-<M-dinates t8°29'02"N and 77°36'18"W at Mountain Spring Biey, t'hen south-easterly to a p,oint (P2) where it interseots willh the Falmouth to Duncans main road; then east-nortlh-easterly, then south-easterly a!JOng t!be centre line of the Falmouth ,to Duncans main road for t.475 kilometres at \Wliclh point (P3) it intersects with the Jamaica PU1blic Service Company Limited 138 kV line; then alonrg t!bat 138 kV line in a soutlh-easterly direction to t<he point (:P4) where it intersects the Falmou1b to Duncans main road again; llhen nm1lh-north-easterly for 0.45 kilometres to a point ~P5) with geogra.phioal co-ordina,tes !8°29'50"N and 77°35'55"W along tihe property boundary of Jamerika Limited (section B); tlhen from this point, along Wh.ite Bay Limited property 'boundaJ'ly (section A) in a straight line for 0.95 kilometre to a point (P6) ait the high water marlc; then along the high water mark in a soutth.JWesterly, then sout!h-south-westerly, tlhen west nor,th-westerly direction beck to the starting point.
