[ / vf /Mm -J ,;2oc><t BE IT ENACTED by The Qucen·s Most Excellent Majesty. by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Representatives of Jamaica. and by the authority of the same. as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as the Agricultural Development Corporation ( Change of Name) Act. 201 0. and shall be read and construed as one with the A~'Ticultural Development Corporation Act (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act) and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1 st day of June, 2009.
