(2) However, this Article does not apply to the taking of bass by any person on – (a) a British fishing boat; or (b) a French fishing boat, in any part of the territorial sea in which the boat is authorized to fish under the Sea Fisheries (Licensing of Fishing Boats) (Jersey) Regulations 20033. 2 Bag limits per vessel The maximum number of ormer (Haliotis tuberculata) that may be taken by any vessel on any day is 100.
