Diseases of Animals (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Jersey) Order 2016 Article 1 Page - 1 R&O.17/2016 DISEASES OF ANIMALS (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) (JERSEY) ORDER 2016 Made 12th February 2016 Coming into force 19th February 2016 THE MINISTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Articles 1, 3, 6, 8, 10, 13, 14, 21, 23 and 42 of the Diseases of Animals (Jersey) Law 19561, orders as follows – 1 Miscellaneous Diseases of Animals (Jersey) Order 1991 amended For the list in the Schedule to the Miscellaneous Diseases of Animals (Jersey) Order 19912 there shall be substituted the following list – “Bluetongue Eastern equine encephalomyelitis Epizootic haemorrhagic disease Goat pox Japanese encephalitis Lumpy skin disease Peste des petits ruminants Rift Valley fever Vesicular stomatitis Venezuelan equine encephalomyelitis West Nile fever Western equine encephalomyelitis.”. 2 Orders revoked The following Orders are revoked – (a) Cattle Plague (Jersey) Order 19583; (b) Fowl Typhoid (Jersey) Order 19594; Article 3 Diseases of Animals (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Jersey) Order 2016 Page - 2 R&O.17/2016 (c) Importation of Equine Animals (Jersey) Order 19585; (d) Parasitic Mange (Jersey) Order 19586; (e) Teschen Disease (Jersey) Order 19757; (f) Virus Hepatitis (Jersey) Order 19588; (g) Warble Fly (Jersey) Order 19849. 3 Citation and commencement This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Jersey) Order 2016 and shall come into force 7 days after it is made.
