COMMUNITY PROVISIONS (MORTALITY IN OYSTERS) (AMENDMENT) (JERSEY) REGULATIONS 2010 Made 10th December 2010 Coming into force 17th December 2010 THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 2 of the European Communities Legislation (Implementation) (Jersey) Law 1996[1], have made the following Regulations – 1 Amendment of Community Provisions (Mortality in Oysters) (Jersey) Regulations 2010 Regulation 11(3) of the Community Provisions (Mortality in Oysters) (Jersey) Regulations 2010[2] shall be deleted. 2 Citation and commencement These Regulations may be cited as the Community Provisions (Mortality in Oysters) (Amendment) (Jersey) Regulations 2010 and shall come into force 7 days after they are made.
