Resolutions Resolution No. (21) Date :J,5th- Ramadhan- 1416 H. Resolutions 14-2-1996 A.D. In accordance with the provisions of Para. \ I (A) of Article (42) of the Constitution. I The Rcc have decided the following: I Firstly :- The trans-formation of the estate pro- lperty of the Iraqi departed. Iraq shall be pre. vented, and for any reason whatsoever. Secondly - The private or general bail shall not be accepted in the transformation of theI property of the estate covered with the pro visions of this Resolution. Thirdly : The RCC Resolution No. (100) of 31-7-1994 shall be abrogated. Fourthly : This Resolution shall be valid from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and until further notice.
