Resolution on the disconnection of the Central Organisation for Standardization and Quality Control from the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and attaching this institution to the Planning Body (No. 58 of 1996)

RESOLUTIONS ReSOlution No. USSr Date : 30th. Muharram 1417 H. 16-6-1996 A.D. In accordance with the provisions of Para. (A) of Article (42) of the Constitution, The Revolutionary Command Council had c,~cided the following: F1ir'5itly - 1 - Connection of the Central Organiza tion for Standardization And Quality Con trol which is founded by the Law No. (54) , of 1979 shall be disintegrated from Presi dent of the Secretariat of Council of Mini stere and, be attached with the Planning body, and it shall practise the tasks and specializations stipulated in its Law, and the laws concerned and it shaJl:1 continue of applying the internal regulations and instru ctions in force in the organization until IS. suing what shaH substitute thereof, by in, structions to be issued from the Planning Body. 2- Application of the Rules of service in the Organization shall be continued of its Civil Servants as well as they shall continue receiving the allowances and incentives cf which the officials of Council of Ministers receive. Secondly - 1 - The Administrative Financial De I velopment Centre which is founded by Re solution of the Revolution Command Councll r No. (194) 7-11-1994 shall be abolished. 2- There ~ball be created a centre called (The I NaJtionad. Centre For Planning and Admini strative Development) and it shall be atta ched with the Planning Body and to be headed by a director general holding first university certificate at least from those having exper- ' ienee and specialization and shall undertake I the tasks and specializations stipulated in thr I Revolution Command Council Resolution No. (677) of 2.8-1988 and the Regulationr I' and instructions issued accordingly until is suing what shall replace thereof by illEtruc-1 tions issued by chief of the planning Body, and the ruler. of services in force on the centre sha I applied on the officials before the amalgamatlon. 3- A Centre in the name of (The Financial and Accounting Training Centre) :i\hall be creat ed and it shall be connected with the Mini stry of Finance, and headed by a director general holding Firet univevnity certificate at least from those having experience and specializatlon, who shall undertake the t9.~ke; and specializations stipulated in the Law of the Financial and Accounting Training Cen tre No. (93) of 1981, and the provisions of the Law of Civil Service No. (24) of 1960 and the Regulation of Incentives appl.ed 00 officials of the Ministry of Finance Centre shall be applied on its officials. Thirdly - The rights and obligations of the erg-ani zation stipulated in Item (Firstly) cf this Resolution and the two Centro» f~··.pulated in Item Secondly of this Rerolution :::ha'i be transferred to the authorities where they were joined weith. Fourthly - This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
