Article -6 The Minister may issue an instructions defined accordingly the specializations and the competences of the ministry formations stipulat&t in Article (4) of this Law. Article -7 The applying of the provisions of the service legislations which were prevailed before the validity of this law shall continue on the officials of the ministry center and the cadres of the bodies, companies, and centers stipulated in this law. Article -10 The Minister of Irrigation shall issue an instructions to execute the provisions of this Law. Article -11 This Law shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Cazette.
