Resolution concerning agricultural land. Unofficial title ( No. 211 of 1991)

RESOLUTIONS The Ofticial Gazette No. (27) 2 RESOLUTION No. (211) Date 17th. Dhul Hijja 1411 H., 29-6-1991 A.D. In accordance with the provisions of Para. (Firstly) of Article (42) of the Constitution, The Revolutionary Command Council have decided the following : 1- Paragraph (Firstly) of the Revolution Command Council Resolution No. 367 of 7-9-1990 shall be deleted and substituted by the following : Firstly : A. The agricultural lands owned by the state, burdned with the right of dis­ posal for persons who did not carryout to caltivate thereof by themselves or through the others according to the agricultural density decided for them shall be consider­ ed as owned to the State without compens­ ation and shall be registered in the name of Ministry of Finance as a pure property, and Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation shall undertake the disposal of it according to the laws and resolutions in force. E- Owners of the agricultural lands owned as pure property for the natural or judicial persons who did not cultivate it by them­ selves or by the others according to the agricultural density decided on them, shall be compensated an amount equal to the double value of the net production of the crop fixed for cultivating same. 2- This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and the competent Hum­ sters shall undertake its execution.
