The Official Gazette No. (40) 2 No. 11 Of 1992 PROHIBITION OF ENTERING THE PLANTS TO THE COUNTUV 30-9-1992 1 INSTRUcrIONS • $4 we .... Article -1 The Seedlings, Fruits, Seeds, Puds, ~Ye~ of Poppy, Kat, Datura and Nilegrass, shall ' bs prohibited from importing and entering the Country. Article -2 Any person who contravenes the provisions of these Instructions shall be punished with' the penalty stipulated in the Article (9) of tb.e J",~:w No. 17 of 1966 Plants Quarantine. Article -3 These Instructions shall be executed from the date of its publication in theOffieiar"Ga2Jette. Ministel\~J)f,~ and Irrigation (Published in Alwaqai Aliraqiya (AI'. Edit.)
