I. (l) ~ ..,ilJ:.S may be called the Manufacture, Use, Import, Export and Storage of Hazardous Micro­ organism/Genetically E~~r;Cells (Amendment) Rules, 20 I 0. (2) They sha:l c~!"1~ into.force on the date of their publication in Official Gazene. 2. In the ~ e. , ,~ ... Import, Export and Storage of Hazardous Micro-organism/Genetically Engineered Organisms or Cells Rula., 1'~9 . In rule 4, in sub-ru1e{3), forclaule(m) the fo11owing clause shall be substituted, namely: (iii) "Expert Marlben : Din,ct«Geoeral - Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Director General - Indian Council of Medical Research, DirectorGeacal - Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Director General Health Services, Plant Protection Advisor. Dutorate of Plant Protection 0u.u ontine and Storage, Chainnan, Central Pollution Control Board or their representatives not below the rank of Joint Secretary and three outside experts in individual capacity" .
