[Received the assent of the Governor on the 1st January, 2010; a~scnt first published in the "'\ladhja l'radesh Gazette (Extra-ordinary)", dated the 7U1 January, 2010.J An Act further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Irrigation Act, 1931. Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Sixtieth year ,,f :he ~-.:public ,if India as follows: l. This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Irrigation (Amendment) Act, 2009. 2. In the Madhya Pradesh Irrigation Act, 1931 (No. 3 of 1931). Chapter VI-A heading :·Betterment Contribution" containing Sections 58-A to 58-K shall be deleted.
