No. 301 of 2014 WILD SALMON AND SEA TROUT TAGGING SCHEME (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2014 I, FERGUS O’DOWD, Minister of State at the Department of Communi cations, Energy and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 69 of the Inland Fisheries Act 2010 (No. 10 of 2010) and the Energy and Natural Resources (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2011 (S.I. No. 631 of 2011) and after consultation with Inland Fisheries Ireland, hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Wild Salmon and Sea Trout Tagging Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2014. 2. The Wild Salmon and Sea Trout Tagging Scheme Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 573 of 2013) are amended in Regulation 25(k) by substituting for paragraph (k) the following: “(k) Regulation 20(2), (3), (4) and (8)”. GIVEN under my hand, 2 July 2014. [301] 3 EXPLANATORY NOTE (This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation) This Order amends the Wild Salmon and Sea Trout Tagging Scheme Regu lations 2013 (S.I. No. 573 of 2013) in Regulation 25(k) by substituting for para graph (k) the following: “(k) Regulation 20(2), (3), (4) and (8)”.
