No. 84 of 2015 WATER SERVICES ACT 2013 (PRESCRIBED PERSONS) ORDER 2015 I, ALAN KELLY, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 26 (5) of the Water Services Act 2013 (No. 6 of 2013), hereby make the following order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Water Services Act 2013 (Prescribed Persons) Order 2015. 2. In this Order— “the Act” means “the Water Services Act 2013” “An Approved Housing Body” means “a body approved under Section 6 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1992”. 3. The following shall be a relevant person for the purposes of section 26 (5) of the Act— (a) “An Post” (b) “An Approved Housing Body”. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 10 March 2015.
