No. 408 of 2017 NOTIFICATION AND CONTROL OF DISEASES AFFECTING TERRESTRIAL ANIMALS (NO. 2) REGULATIONS 2016 (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 I, MICHAEL CREED, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 36 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Notification and Control of Diseases affecting Terrestrial Animals (No. 2) Regulations 2016 (Amendment) Regu lations 2017. 2. The Notification and Control of Diseases affecting Terrestrial Animals (No. 2) Regulations 2016 (S.I. No. 130 of 2016) are amended, in Part C of the Schedule, by the insertion— (a) before “Crimean Congo haemorrhagic fever” of “Bovine genital cam pylobacteriosis”, (b) before “Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis/ infectious pustular vulvova ginitis” of “Heartwater”, and (c) before “Monkey pox virus” of “Leishmaniasis”.
