No. 472/2002 — Fishing Vessel (Radio Installations) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 Fishing Vessel (Radio Installations) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 I, Dermot Ahern, Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 19 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1992 ( No. 2 of 1992 ), and the Marine and Natural Resources (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2002 ( S.I. No. 307 of 2002 ) hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fishing Vessel (Radio Installations) (Amendment) Regulations 2002. 2. The Fishing Vessel (Radio Installations) Regulations 1998 are hereby amended by the substitution of the following for the definition of “new fishing vessel” in Regulation 2.
