No. 203 of 2020 EUROPEAN UNION (SEED POTATOES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2020 I, MICHAEL CREED, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2020/177 of 11 February 20201, hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Seed Potatoes) (Amendment) Regulations 2020. 2. The European Union (Seed Potatoes) Regulations 2015 (S.I. No. 641 of 2015) are amended in Regulation 2(1) by substituting for the definition of “Directive” (as amended by European Union (Seed Potatoes) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (S.I.
