(1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Cereals) (Amendment) Regulations 2004. (2) These Regulations come into operation on – (a) 1 April 2004 in relation to 2,4-DB, (b) 4 June 2004 in relation to linuron, pendimethalin, imazamox, oxasulfuron, ethoxysulfuron, foramsulfuron, oxadiargyl and cyazofamid, and (c) 1 December 2004 in relation to acephate and parathion-methyl. 2. The European Communities (Pesticide Residues)(Cereals) Regulations 1999 (S.I.
