(1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Cereals) (Amendment) Regulations, 2001. (2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of April 2001. 2. Annex II of the Principal Regulations is hereby amended by the addition of the following entries to Annex II: ‘ Pesticide Residue Maximum level in mg/kg (ppm) Azoxystrobin 5 Rice Kresoxim Methyl 0.05 (*) (p) Cereals ’ (*) Indicates lower limit of analytical determination.
