No. 179 of 2012 EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (CEREAL SEED) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2012 I, SIMON COVENEY, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communi ties Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Implementing Directive 2012/1/EU of 6 January 20121, hereby make the follow ing regulations— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Cereal Seed)(Amendment) Regulations 2012. 2. The European Communities (Cereal Seed) Regulations 2001 (S.I.
