No. 90 of 2007 EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (BLUETONGUE) (RESTRICTION ON IMPORT) (AMENDMENT) (No. 3) REGULATIONS 2007 I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purposes of giving effect to Commission Decision No 2007/101/EC of 14 February 20071, hereby make the following regulations— 1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Bluetongue) (Restrictions on Import) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2007. 2. The European Communities (Bluetongue) (Restriction on Import) Regu lations 2007 are amended, in Regulation 2(1) by the substitution for the defini tion of “Commission Decision” (inserted by the European Communities (Bluetongue) (Restrictions on Import) (No. 2) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 37 of 2007)) of the following— “ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision No 2005/393/EC of 23 May 2005, Commission Decision No 2006/591/EC of 1 September 2006, Commission Decision No. 2006/633/EC of 15 September 2006, Commission Decision No. 2006/650/EC of 25 September 2006, Commission Decision No. 2006/693/EC of 13 October 2006, Commission Decision No 2006/761/EC of 9 November 2006, Commission Decision 2006/858/EC of 28 November 2006, Commission Decision 2007/28/EC of 22 December 2006 and Com mission Decision 2007/101/EC of 14 February 2007;”. 3. The European Communities (Bluetongue) (Restriction on Import) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 37 of 2007) are revoked.
