1A REVOCATION OF REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE NUMBER 16/M-DAG/PER/S/2009 ON TEMPORARY BAN ON THE IMPORT OF PORK AND DERIVATIVE PRODUCTS THEREOF (Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number OS/M-DAG/PER/2/2010, Dated February 11, 2010) BYGRACE OFTtlEALMIGHTYGOD TtIEMINISTl:ROFlRADEOF TtIEREPUBUCOFINDONESIA, COnsidering: a. that pursuant to Article 4 letter b ofRegulation ofthe MinisterofTrade Number 16/M-DAG/PER/ 5/2009 on Temporaiy Ban on the ImportofPork and Derivative ProductsThereof, the regulation may be revoked in the case of result of coordi nation with related technical institutions stating that the temporary ban on the import of pork and derivative products thereof expires partly orwholly; b. that the limited coordinative meeting in the field of the People's Welfare on June 29,209 has de cided to revoke the regulation of the Ministerof Trade on Temporary Ban on the Import of Pork and Derivative Products Thereofbecause no dis ease infecting human from pork is found; c. that result of risk analysis and recommendation ofWorid Organization for Animal Health (WOAH/ OlE) on June 11,2009 about Novel Influenza AI H1N1 Pandllmic: the OlE maintains its recommen dations to animal health authorities worldwide Business News 7922/2-22-2010 state that the hygienically treated swine as rec ommended by Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Office International des Epizooties (OlE), World Health Orga"i"ation (WHO), and Codex A1imentarius Commission (CAC),does notbecome a source of infection from Influenza (A/H1N1) virus; d. that having regards to letters a, band c, it is necessary to stipulate a regulation ofthe Minis ter of Trade; In view of: 1.
