Regulation of the Minister of Forestry Number P.40/Menhut-11/2010 on Organization and Work­ ing Mechanism of the Ministry of Forestry (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2010 Number 405) as already amended by Regulation of the Minister of Forestry Number P.33/Menhut 11/2012 (Berita Negara Republik Indonesia Year 2012 Number 779); DECIDES: To stipulate: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FOREST­ RY ON GUIDANCE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SMALLHOLDER SEED PLANTATION. Article 1 Guidance for the implementation of small­ holder seed plantation shall be as contained in the attachment to this regulation. Article 2 The guidance for the implementation as meant in Article 1 shall become reference in the implementa­ tion of smallholder seed plantation. Article 3 Following the enforcement of this regulation, Regulation of the Minister of Forestry Number P.17/ Menhut-11/2012 on Technical Guidance for Smallhold­ er Seed Plantation shall be revoked and declared null and void. Article 4 The ministerial regulation shall come into force as from the date of promulgation. For public cognizance, the ministerial regula­ tion shall be published by placing it in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia. Business News 8467-8468110-18-2013
