Regulation of Minister of Finance Number 209/ PMK.007/2011 concerning Allocation and Gen­ eral Guidelines of Special Allocation Fund Fiscal Year 2012; DECIDED: To stipulate: REGULATION OF MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE CON­ CERNING TECHNICAL GUIDELINES FOR UTILIZA­ TION OF SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUND FOR AGRI­ CULTURE, 2012 Article 1 Technical Guidelines for Utilization of Special Allocation Fund for Agriculture, 201 2 as stated in At­ tachment as inseparable part of this Regulation. Article 2 Technical Guidelines for Special Allocation Fund Utilization for Agriculture, 2012 is meant as ref­ erence for regency/municipal government in utiliza­ tion of Allocation Fund for Agriculture, 2012. Article 5 The amount of budget ceiling at regency/mu­ nicipal Special Allocation Fund for Agriculture, 2012 of every region is in accordance to decision of Minis­ ter of Finance. Article 7 Activities other than activities as meant in Ar­ ticle 3 cannot be funded from Special Allocation Fund for Agriculture, 2012. tvticle 8 This Regulation starts to take effect since the stipulation date.
