Article 1 (1) Pursuantto the provision of Arude 21 of R~g c;luber: of the Minister of Agriculture !\lumber C7jPermentanj SR. 140j2j2007 regarding Requirement and Procedure for Registration of Pesticides, 3 (three) latest applica­ tion and 7 (seven) reapplication for permanent permit of pe~LiLiu~dcUve dyell!.:> d~ cur Ildined in colur 1111 2 are given the permanent permit on behalfof the registra tion holders as mentioned in column 6, registration numberascontained in column 7 of the attachmentto this regulation. (2) The fixed license t as referred to in sentence 1 shall take effect for 5 (five) years, starting form the date of issuance of this regulation. (3) The registration holders as referred to in sentence 1 ore given the permit to distribute and publish the ex planation regarding the pesticide activeagentsaccord­ ing to effective requlatlon and law. (4) The status as the regulation holders as referred to in sentence 1 shall be reviewed if the registration hold­ ers are no longer appointed to register the technical activeagentsproducers of the activeagentsor do not fulfill the effective regulation and raw. (2) The active agents as referred to in Article 1 are only keptand distributed in a place, package, original label according with the provisionof Regulation of the Min­ isterof Agriculture Num bcr 07/Pcrmcntan/SR.140/2/ 2007 regarding Requirementand Procedure for Reg­ istrationof Pesticides and other effective provision. Article 4 The active agents as referred to in Article 1 are onlyused to producethe pesticide formulasalreadyregis­ tered or used by authorized party or related institution. Article 5 (1) Registration holders are obliged to guarantee that tech nical material that was registered is already fulfilling the requirement of quality, package, label,alsofulfill­ inganother provision that isstated in the registration document, (2) Registration holders are obliged to submit the report to the Ministerof Agriculture cq the Licensing and In­ vestmentcenter regardmg technical agentsregistered by the relevant once the formulas are handed over registration holders, at least 1 (one) month after the' delivery. Article 6 The permit as referred to in Article 1 sentence 1 shall be reviewed, or nullified if there is pesticide active agent not SUItable to the effective regulation andlaw, caus­ ing the unexpected or unknown sideeffect. Article 7 This regulation shall take effect on the stipulated Article 2 Pesticide technical material as referred in Article 1 is havingthe active material as mentioned in column 3, minimumof activeagentsdegreeas mentionedIn column 4, and form of activeagents as mentioned in column 5 of the attachmentto this regulation.
