(2) In addition to the entry points as referred to in paragraph ( 1), entry points declared free ports under the legislation on free trade zones and free ports can be used as entry points for the import of live plant produces in the form of fresh bulb vegetables. (3) The aim of importing live plant produces in the form of fresh bulb vegetables via the entry points as referred to in paragraph (2) shall accord with the legislation on free trade zones and free ports. 2.
