FORESTRY DEPARTEMEN KEHUTANAN DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FORESTRY NUMBER: 480IKpts-III1995; DATED: SEPTEMBER 8, 1995 RE THE EVALUATION OF A FOREST CONCESSION FOR WHICH AN APPROVAL HAS BEEN OBTAINED FOR ITS EXTENSION PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FORESTRY NO. 62/KPTS-Htl995 THE MINISTER OF FORESTRY . b. that in connection with the above-mentioned matter, it is deemed necessary to issue a Decree of the Minister of Forestry on the implementation of the evaluation of a forest concession for F,hich an approval has been obtained for its extension prior to the issuance of the Decree of the Minister of Forestry No. 62/Kpts-IVI995. Considering Bearing in mind a. I. that on the basis of the stipulation contained in Article 10 of the Decree of the Minister of Forestry No. 62/Kpts-II/1995 it has been regulated that a company holding a Forest Concession already obtaining an approval for the establishment of a joint-venture company shall be re-evaluated and adjusted to the said decree; Act No. 511967; 2.
