In order to follow-up directives ofthe Minister of Communications, and inthe oontext of administration order and 'ega! order, the related technical Directorate and PortAdministrator (Adpel)/ Heads of Port Offices (Kakanpel» in accor dance with its prirnaty dutyandfunctions, arerequired to Immediately execute the fqlklwing matters: a. To inventory / evaluate portpermits withinthework area of eachAdpel/ Kanpel. b. Tocontrol ports operating withoutpermitor porthaving a penntt, but used notin accordance with its permit. c. To dleck regulations on the delegation of authority onthecontrol andthe signing of temporary permits executed by Echelon-II Off'kials of Adpcll Konpel; in the event it still occurs, to be reported immediately for revision. d, Notto-issue and sign location permit, operations permit, dredging pel1llit andreclamation permitthat aretempo rary in nature. e.
