(Enacted 1994) SCHEDULE VerDate:30/06/1997 [section 1] The area of Hong Kong bounded by grey edging on 2 maps of the scale of 1:20000 marked VHP1WCZ 1 and VHP1WCZ 2 described as "Victoria Harbour (Phase One) Water Control Zone" signed by the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands on 27 September 1994 and deposited in the Land Registry, Victoria.
