Taking of Spiny Lobsters (Panulirus SPP.) - Authorization for Regulations. §12202. Minimum Size. §12203. Female Lobsters With Eggs. §12204. Violation. §12201. Taking of Spiny Lobsters (Panulirus SPP.) Authorization for Regulations. Pursuant to the authority vested in the Director of Agriculture by 5 GCA §§60108 and 63127, the following regulations relating to the harvest of spiny lobsters are hereby approved. §12202. Minimum Size. It shall be unlawful to capture or have in possession spiny lobsters less than one (1) pound in weight. §12203. Female Lobsters With Eggs. It shall be unlawful to capture or have in possession female spiny lobsters with eggs during the months of May, June and July. §12204. Violation. Evidence of removal of eggs shall be considered as prima facie evidence in violation of this Section of the regulation.
