The National Human Rights Commission (Amendment) Act, no. 03 of 2020

Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting the following definitions in alphabetical order- “Commission” means the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) established under section 3(1); “Secretariat” means the administrative body of the Commission; means the Executive Secretary, the Deputy Executive Secretary “Staff” and any other staff appointed under the Secretariat; 4, Amendment of section 6 substituting for
