NATURE CONSERVATION AREA (UPPER ROCK) DESIGNATION ORDER 1993 (LN. 1993/051) 1.4.1993 Amending enactments Relevant current provisions Commencement date 1993/069 Corrigendum 1997/064 Corrigendum After consultation with the Nature Conservancy Council, I have designated with effect from the 1st day of April 1993, that area described in the Schedule to this order as a Nature Conservation Area to be known, as the Upper Rock Nature Reserve. Legal Notice No. 116 of 1991 is revoked with effect from the 1st day of April 1991. Nature Protection NATURE CONSERVATION AREA (UPPER ROCK) DESIGNATION ORDER 1991 © Government of Gibraltar (www.gibraltarlaws.gov.gi) 1991-11 Subsidiary 1993/051 SCHEDULE NATURE CONSERVATION AREA UPPER ROCK NATURE RESERVE. The Nature Conservation Area to be known as the Upper Rock Nature Reserve shall be all that area contained within the red delineation including the area covered by that line in the map appearing below.
