SEEDS (CERTIFICATION AND STANDARDS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2001 (1677) IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister responsible for Food and Agriculture by section 8 of the Seeds (Certification and Standards Decree, 1972 (NRCD 100) this regulation is made this 20th day of June, 2001. Regulation 1—Registration certificates and related fees. The fees specified in column 2 of the Schedule to this Regulation shall he payable for registration and issue of certificates in respect of services specified in column 1 of the Schedule. SCHEDULE COLUMN 1 COLUMN 2 Service Rate ¢ Registration of seed growers 20,000 Seed dealer certificates 20,000 Tags and packaging materials 20 percent margin on cost Phytosanitary certificates 30.000 Import permits 30,000 Import / Export Inspections Quantity of Produce (Kg) Up to 1,000 5,000 1,000 kg — 5,000 15,000 5,000 kg — 10,000 30,000 Any additional weight of up 5,000 kg, beyond the 10,000 kg weight 5,000 Goods exported in trucks Flat rate of 5,000 cedis per truck load or parts thereof Permits issued to miller/farmers of feed ingredients 15,000 per tonne MAJOR COURAGE QUASHIGAH (RTD.)
