For paragraphs l and 2 of the Schedule to the Water Charges Ordinance 1991c, as amended, substitute the following paragraphs "1. The charge which may be made under section 4 or 6 for a supply of water for domestic purposes to a property otherwise than by measure is the quarterly charge in column 2 below and a quarterly charge of f0.52 multiplied by each assessable unit of the property as calculated for the purposes of property tax under the provisions of the Taxation of Real . d Property (Guernsey and Alderney) Ordinance, 2007 . These Regulations may be cited as the Water Charges (Amendment) Regulations, 2015. Commencement. s. These Regulations shall come into force on the 1"' January, 2016.
