Import and Export of Goods (Control) (Guernsey) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2001 (G.S.I. No. 9 of 2001)

GUERNSEY STATUTORY INSTRUMENT 2 IAMENDMENT No.3) ORDER 2001 THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION, in pursuance of its powers the Import and Export (Control)(Guernsey) Law 1946, hereby ord 1. In Schedule 1 to The lmport and Export of Goods (Control) (Guernsey) Order 1990, (a), as amended (b) the following entries shall be inserted after entry 13: 14. Feeding stuffs intended to be fed to animals. 15. Fertiliser intended to be spread on, or working into the soil to increase its capacity to support plant growth containing any natural, manufactured or processed material. 16. Hay, straw including chaffed hay, chaffed straw and hay and straw chaffed together. 17. Litter including straw or any other substance commonly used for bedding or otherwise for or about animals. 2. This Order may be cited as The lmport and Export of Goods (Control) (Guernsey) (Amendment) Order 2001, and shall come into force immediately. Dated this 20d day of March 2001. This effect of this Order is to prohibit, except under licence, the importation from the United Kingdom, the island of Jersey, the other Islands of the Bailiwick of Guernsey and the Isle of Man of Animal feeding stuffs, fertilisers and hay, straw and litter.
