Order of the President of the Republic of Georgia on establishment of an Interdepartmental Export Board for Licensing of use of Plant Resources (Including Forests) in Georgia (No. 64)

ORDER No. 64 of the President of Georgia January 28, 1887 Tbilisi On Establishment of Interdepartmental Export's Board for Licensing of Use of Plant Resources (Including Forest) in Georgia Under the conditions of the market economic relations for the rational use of the natural plant resources, for the optimal placing of orders on these resources, observance of nature use rules and improvement of efficiency of production: 1. To establish the Interdepartmental Expert's Board for Licensing of Use of Plant Resources (including the forest) at the Ministry of Protection of Environment and Natural Resources of Georgia with representation in it officials of the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Georgia, State Forestry Department and other departments concerned. 2. The Ministry of Protection of Environment and Natural Resources of Georgia shall 1n one month approve the composition of the Interdepartmental Licensing Expert Board and the time-limit of its work according to the applicable rule. 3. To approve the enclosed Regulations on Rule and Conditions of Obtaining License of Use of Plant Resources in Georgia. Eduard Shevardnadze
