Fisheries (Marine Protected Areas) (Amendment) Order A 715 SRO. 102020 GRENADA STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS NO. 10 OF 2020 In exercIse of the power conferred by sectIon 23 of the fIsherIes Act cAp. 108, the MInIster MAkes the followIng order– (Gazetted 13th March, 2020). 1. Citation. This Order may be cited as the– FISHERIES (MARINE PROTECTED AREAS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 2020, and shall be read as one with the Fisheries (Marine Protected Areas) Order SRO No. 77 of 2001, hereinafter referred to as the “principal Order”. 2. Amendment of paragraph 2 of principal Order. Section 2 of the principal Order is amended by inserting after subsection (2) the following new subsection– “(3) The area of fishery waters delineated in the Third Schedule, and the foreshore adjacent thereto, is declared to be a Marine Protected Area, to be known as the Grand Anse Marine Protected Area.”. 3. Amendment of paragraph 3 of principal Order. Section 3 of the principal Order is amended by inserting after the words “and Second” the words “and Third”. 4. Insertion of new Third Schedule.
